Anjanée Smith

Anjanee Smith is a Kingdom Project Strategist, speaker, author, podcast host, and and international executive coach who empowers Christian business and nonprofit owners to create total freedom through systems.

Anjanee believes servant-leaders deserve to make an impact AND create wealth without burning themselves out or compromising their beliefs. She lives by the motto “Your purpose is bound by your process” and emboldens her clients to reach their highest levels of impact through strategic planning and intentional execution.

Anjanee's passion for projects comes from first hand experience. She has a decade of experience working with faith and mission-based organizations in the areas of marketing, fundraising, video production, resource management, campaign management, project management, efficiency, automation, operations strategy, and optimization. She's served in every position from cleanup crew to project lead and owes her thorough knowledge of project needs to trial by fire.

Sight is Anjanee's superpower. She has an uncanny skill for recognizing what will take a project higher, faster. Anjanee has a proven track record of improving project results from 2x-6x for her clients.

Her case studies prove that when you work with her you'll experience clarity in 1 session, breakthrough in 3 sessions, total project transformation in 5 sessions.

From her years of experience with tight deadlines, quick turnarounds, and crunch time projects, Anjanee has mastered the art of the 90-day launch. Graduating with top honors from both St. John’s University and La Salle University, Anjanee has degrees in Advertising Communication and Strategic Communication respectively.

She has spoken at 3 international conferences with ActiveCampaign, The Life School and the Minority Christian Women's Entrepreneurship Network. Anjanee has also worked with clients all across the US, in Canada, and the Caribbean.

In 2025 she launched the Launch Like God podcast to help Christian CEO's work like God, and walk like God as the launch power projects for God.

Through Holy Spirit-led strategy, online automation software, and business best practice, Anjanee teaches purpose-driven leaders to run their businesses from a place of ease and excellence as they set themselves up for years of lasting success–no matter how quickly or how large they grow.
